Guys, calm down. It's what we call 'Brown tape' here in the UK. or Parcel tape. It's so unsticky it's unfunny. You can stick it to your hair and pull it off and you wont feel a thing. However, there is a 'gif' floating around of some C**T using duct tape on a cat.. and litrally covering the poor thing in it -_-. This however would not hurt the cat when taking it off. TRUST ME!
This is so mean and crule animals don't deserve to be treated like this,poor cat any one who thinks this is funny should be tested on ,starved,put in cages ,put tape on you ,take your parents away when your younger , make you do circus tricks because theres no fun at all in harming helpless animals even more than what the world already does

It hurts the cat to move those legs because it's stretching the hairs. That's why it walks like that. Once you reach puberty, try sticking some tape in the crevasse between your groin and your thigh. Then tell me what it feels like to walk.
