It's her fault also. So near to the truck the driver couldn't see her. And no bystanders or drivers react in any way. That shows how unsocial communist societies are. That's why ex-communist states are so dificult to transform into democracies. Same with wild capitalist states like the US. So far at the ends of the scale societies seem to become selfish and egocentric.
