the footage comes from a British comedy show, "3 non-blondes." It's a candid-camera style show, in which the performers pull various bizarre stunts in public to see how the people around them will react.

That is not a Muslim woman, that is another reporter dressed up like a Muslim woman to make up news. Google it and you will find this one reporter blows the cover on how they make fake news about Muslims!
