The plane's engine isn't running, it's the APU. Had it been an actual engine, the ball would have travelled a lot farther, and besides, I think Southwest people should know what happens when they get a little too close to a running jet engine....

That Jet is definitely not at full throttle or else there would be a hole in the backboard.
