this is a very interesting picture. you see her right hand has the wight behind it... helping her head move fast, while her left hand does a quicker jerking motion held closer to the center and in a downward motion.. This little fist give her lowerbody the extra gravity it needs to keep her from topping forward as well as accentuate the forward thrusting but from the hip area.
