Look closely at the mother in the seconds before that car hits the baby. It looks like she is wearing a white shirt and black shorts. However, when the baby gets hit and its "mother" grabs it up, she is wearing a black top and jean shorts. Anybody else see that?

No, didn't see that because it's the same woman and same clothes before and after child gets hit.
