That's a set up, you can see clearly that the poop doesn't come from under the dog's tail, it comes from under the dog's left rear quarters. Just look at the origin of the stream to see where it's really coming from. Besides, why would she be sitting there petting that dog on camera? Nothing about this looks legitimate to me.
