there are a shet loads of makeup that just blend with skin to hide mild overshadows (or something), crows feet, and other skin problems. so its not the quality, its the kind of makeup
Actually, you can tell pretty easily (if you know anything about graphics at all) that this is a low quality gif and you can't tell if she's wearing any makeup. Looks like she's wearing blush, but other than that you can't be sure, now can you? No. No you can't.
