The car could not have been going very fast if the other dog could keep up, so the labrador that jumped out should be ok.

The dog jumped of it's own free will. Look at it's posture before it jumps. Stay in school kiddies.

This is called a "funny" video. A huge number of dogs get killed this way every year, especially during hunting season, when they fall out of trucks. PLEASE don't try this at home!
